HAYDN 2009 Celebration in Cambridge, MA

In celebration of the Haydn Year 2009, The Haydn Society of North America, in partnership with the Handel and Haydn Society, will hold a conference in Cambridge, Massachusetts on May 28-31, 2009.  The conference, which is co-sponsored and hosted by the Longy School of Music, will conclude with a performance of chamber works celebrating Haydn’s legacy given by members of the Handel and Haydn Society on Sunday afternoon, May 31st at 3pm.  Conference events include five different paper sessions, several lecture-recitals, as well as three sessions dedicated to Haydn and Music Pedagogy offered by members of Longy's faculty.

Registration fees for the entire conference are $100 (non HSNA members) and $50 (emeriti/student) 
Registration for a single day (or portion thereof) is $30
Attendance at the Longy Haydn & Pedagogy sessions (one, two, or all three) is $20 if not attending any other conference events.
