Booking is now open for the Sixth Biennial International Conference on Music Since 1900.  The draft programme is also online.

Hosted by Music, Music Technology and the Research Institute for the Humanities, Keele University from 2-5 July 2009, the Conference's highlights include:

- Keynote lectures by Lawrence Kramer and Trevor Wishart
- Plenary sessions 'After the avant-garde?' and 'Narrativity in Twentieth-Century Music'
- Two electro-acoustic concerts, a recital for soprano and piano, and three lecture-recitals
- Wine reception, champagne reception, and conference banquet
- Full board and ensuite accomodation available on Keele's rural campus, set in 600 acres of parkland
- Papers and compositions by over 120 participants from all around the world, exploring an incredible diversity of music and issues
