ADJUNCT FACULTY POSITION IN MUSIC HISTORY
JOHN J. CALI SCHOOL OF MUSIC, MONTCLAIR STATE UNIVERSITY
Position: Adjunct Instructor to teach one section of Music History I (Medieval-1750). Music History I will meet in the fall semester of 2009. Candidates could possibly continue with the three-part sequence in subsequent semesters and teach more than one section.
Qualifications: Ph.D. in Musicology preferred, A.B.D. considered; evidence of excellence in classroom teaching at the college level. Candidates must be comfortable teaching the entire historical sequence, including twentieth-century music.

ADJUNCT FACULTY POSITION IN ETHNOMUSICOLOGY
JOHN J. CALI SCHOOL OF MUSIC, MONTCLAIR STATE UNIVERSITY
Position: Adjunct Instructor to teach two sections of undergraduate world music (a required course entitled Diverse Worlds of Music). This course will meet in the spring semester of 2009. Candidates could possibly continue this course in subsequent semesters.
Qualifications: Ph.D. in Ethnomusicology preferred, A.B.D. considered; evidence of excellence in classroom teaching at the college level.
