National Early Music Association (NEMA) International Conference, in cooperation with University of York Music Department and the York Early Music Festival.

Would you like to deliver an illustrated paper, chair a round table, give a master class or demonstration, compare recorded material, organise a live science experiment, join in a debate, or contribute in some other way? Potential contributors have just over 6 weeks to submit their abstract or description to: Dr. John Potter, Department of Music, University of York, Heslington, YO10 5DD, UK (Email:-  jp32 at york.ac.uk). While we are interested in all contributions, we would particularly welcome proposals on singing styles post 1750.
