Judith Tick (Northeastern University) will deliver the first of a series of
lectures to be given at the Library of Congress, sponsored by the Library
together with the AMS. Her topic is "Ruth Crawford Seeger, Modernist
Composer in the Folk Revival: Biography as Music History."

The lecture is to be held in the Coolidge Auditorium, Jefferson Building.
There is no charge.
