Tenure-track appointment in musicology at the rank of assistant professor.  Specialization in eighteenth or nineteenth century preferred, with a normal load of four courses per year and a share of departmental advising.  Secondary areas congruent with existing departmental specialities desirable but not essential.  Coordination with college and university goals, including undergraduate teaching in the SAGES Program.  PhD or equivalent required.  Compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience.
