FACULTY POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT- YOUNGSTOWN STATE UNIVERSITY

DEPARTMENT: Dana School of Music -- Musicology
COLLEGE: College of Fine and Performing Arts
RANK: Assistant Professor (Tenure-track) (2 Positions)
SALARY: Commensurate with qualifications and experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: An earned doctoral degree is required for the Assistant Professor rank. Candidates who are ABD or currently pursuing a doctoral degree may be considered for the Instructor rank.

DATE AVAILABLE: August 18, 2008

Qualifications:  Energetic, innovative, collegial, dedicated specialist in undergraduate music history. Responsibilities:  Teach undergraduate music history sequence and select graduate music history courses. Maintain scholarly and creative activity in area of expertise. Other duties to reflect candidate's strengths and department's needs.
