LECTURER IN MUSICOLOGY/ETHNOMUSICOLOGY

The University of Michigan-Dearborn Humanities department is looking 
to fill courses in Music History for Fall 2007.  (Dearborn is about 
20 minutes from Detroit and about 40 minutes from Ann 
Arbor).  Appointment effective September 1, 2007 for one semester, 
with possibility of re-appointment for future terms. Applications 
will be accepted until position is filled. This position is subject 
to the terms and conditions of a collective bargaining agreement 
between the University of Michigan and the Lecturers employment 
organization (LEO)/ AFT/MFT and SRP Local 6244, AFL-CIO.

For Fall 07, three courses are open (combination of intro and upper 
division classes) and the same is available for the winter term.

QUALIFICATIONS: Desired: Ph.D. in Musicology or Ethnomusicology and 
teaching experience.
