Assistant/Associate Professor of Music

TENURE-TRACK

Drew University, a highly selective liberal arts college located 30 miles
outside New York City, seeks applications for a tenure-track appointment in
musicology. Ph.D. required with thorough training in the history of Western
music from its origins to the present. Research specialty open.  Both a
record of successful undergraduate teaching/mentoring in a liberal arts
context and outstanding potential as a scholar expected.  Teaching
responsibilities would include:

Introductory courses in history of Western music history; upper-level
classes appropriate to the applicant's specialization. Applications due by
April 1, 2007. Include CV together with three letters of recommendation.
