Funding for grants of up to £200 (c$400) is now available for delegates to:
John Rich and the Eighteenth-Century London Stage: Commerce, Magic and Management, 25-27 January 2008, London, UK

An Interdisciplinary Conference to be held at the Royal College of Surgeons of England, Lincoln’s Inn Fields

To apply, please download the application from the conference website and send the form together with an abstract to: info at johnrich2008.com. Students who have already submitted abstracts will automatically be considered for this grant. Deadline for application is 20 August, or 30 September should further funds become available. Recipients will be notified as soon as possible, and not later than two weeks after the deadline. We encourage candidates to submit their applications and abstracts as soon as possible as grants will be awarded prior to the deadline based on the quality of the abstract. 

Priority will be given to researchers at the beginning of their careers, although we welcome applications from other scholars, particularly those without
affiliation. 

Sources of complementary funding are listed on the conference website, and successful applicants are urged to seek matching grants from their institutions. Economy accommodation and advertisements for room-sharing will be posted on the conference web site.
