WABASH COLLEGE invites applications for tenure track Byron K. Trippet Assistant Professor of historical musicology.
Primary focus in Baroque, Classical or Romantic music with secondary interest in American music. Normal teaching load six courses per year. Participation in all-college courses expected. ABD; PhD preferred. Qualifications include classroom teaching experience, ongoing research interests, ability to conduct an instrumental ensemble, dedication to teaching undergraduates, commitment to the role of music within the context of a liberal arts education, and understanding of the importance of collegiality. Salary highly competitive, including generous support for conferences and research.
