[AMS-announce] CONF: AMS/SMT Los Angeles, AMS Committee on the Status of Women open meeting Thursday

The Open Meeting of the  AMS Committee on the Status of Women will be
a panel discussion on the subject of "Diversity on the Job Market:
Searches and Interviews".

Professors Honey Meconi, Richard Will, and James Parakilas will speak
about job search and interview processes in the environments of a
School of Music, a Ph.D.-granting research university, and a liberal
arts college. The particular focus will be on gender and diversity
issues, both for candidates and interviewers.

Graduate students, job candidates, and all interested in diversity in
our profession are all encouraged to attend!
